Only Three Things Matter This Week: The Master Plan Advances, The Genocide Persists, And The Zionism Mask Comes Off Completely
This Week About Palestine – End of November
Your one-stop weekly briefing on what’s really happening in and around Palestine — and how it’s reported in the media. This is not just reporting. It is documenting. For the record.
Dear readers,
Since I have been focusing on ChatGPT — and its new constraints designed to facilitate Israel’s grip on global information flows — and since I have also been sick, I will keep this newsletter very brief.
There are really only three things to note this week, and they all revolve around a single reality: as Israel’s once-total dominance over the narrative cracks, it is working overtime to double down on every front.
As I wrote in the November 15 edition: No level of money, lobbying, coordinated media strategy, or institutional pressure is managing to restore the spell Israel held for decades — the spell that framed its crimes as self-defense, its occupation as democracy, and its violence as necessity.
People around the world are no longer buying it.
The machinery is faltering.
So for these past few weeks, there are only three developments worth paying attention to.
And rather than offering my own analysis, I am simply sharing the clearest and most important pieces written about each.
In short: despite the masks coming off and the increasingly obscene scramble by Zionism’s defenders to reverse the collapsing narrative, Israel’s master plan is advancing with new levels of international backing — and the genocide in Gaza is proceeding accordingly.
1. The Master Plan of Israel Is Being Carried Out — Openly, Proudly, and Now With UN Blessing
This plan has been set out for decades. Now it is simply being implemented, internationally endorsed, and articulated without euphemism. Israel is being granted full license to continue ethnic cleansing, expand territorial control, and consolidate an ethnosupremacist order — not at the margins, but at the level of global policy.
The UN Security Council’s approval of this plan is one of the most consequential developments to date.
The clearest analysis comes from:
Aaron Maté — “With UN blessing, the US and Israel impose the master’s plan”
Maté’s conclusion is unequivocal:
Trump’s “peace plan” — now adopted by the UN Security Council — formalizes an unprecedented rejection of Palestinian rights.
A few key lines:
“Israel can continue to kill Palestinians and ignore its humanitarian obligations as a result of what the Wall Street Journal recently described as a ‘new position of power after a series of wars that have left it with no significant regional rivals.’”
Amos Hochstein reinforces this openly:
“Israel is now the strongest power in the Middle East. The absolute, overwhelming, dominant military hegemon.”
And from Israel’s own leadership, the mask is off:
Defense Minister Israel Katz:
“Israel’s policy is clear: There will be no Palestinian state.”
“The only real solution for Gaza is encouraging voluntary emigration.”
This is not misinterpretation.
It is not rhetorical excess.
It is not “policy drift.”
It is the plan — openly declared, openly endorsed, and now openly advanced under international legitimacy.
2. The Genocide in Gaza Is Still Ongoing — and the Evidence Is Overwhelming
The ceasefire did not end the genocide. It simply reconfigured it.
Israel is killing scores of Palestinians daily and cruelly - unarmed civilians including children. In Gaza, in Jenin….everywhere… in plain sight.
Two essential pieces this week come from two of the most authoritative voices possible: Amnesty International and Raz Segal, one of the foremost Holocaust and genocide scholars.
Amnesty International (via The Guardian)
“Israel still committing genocide in Gaza, Amnesty International says”
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/nov/27/israel-still-committing-genocide-in-gaza-amnesty-international-says
Raz Segal (The Guardian)
“The genocide in Gaza is far from over”
https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2025/nov/28/the-genocide-in-gaza-is-far-from-over
Segal lays out the stakes without equivocation:
“We live not in a post-Holocaust world of ‘Never Again’ but in the same world that led to the Holocaust: a world of ‘Again and Again.’”
He identifies the core truth with forensic clarity:
“The war in Gaza has thus not ended, because it is a war only insofar as it is a genocidal war… aimed not to defeat Hamas but to destroy a people, so that Gaza ‘will be Jewish’ — a government policy of settler colonial genocide.”
He names the enablers as well:
“Israel’s allies continued to provide weapons, ammunition, essential parts, and diplomatic cover that made the genocide possible… with every bullet sold to Israel, with every lie that criticism of Israeli genocide is antisemitism, with every US veto of ceasefire resolutions.”
And he names the only force meaningfully resisting this horror — ordinary people:
“Most people know that day is not night, and they refuse to say otherwise… Many, many people around the world have taken to the streets… because the struggle continues, for Gaza, for Palestine, for their lives, for our world. Be there.”
The genocide has not stopped.
It has merely entered its next phase — under new branding, with the same intent, and with continued international complicity.
3. The Masks Are Off — and the Scramble to Reverse Narrative Collapse Has Become Obscene
As Israel loses its global narrative monopoly, its defenders are saying the quiet part out loud — at volume, in public, and without embarrassment.
Two of those dominated the week.
A. Melanie Phillips in New York — Open Islamophobia, Open Supremacy, Open Theocracy
Video:
Comment:
Trita Parsi on Substack “Remember when it was revealed that Israel’s internal analysis concluded that the only way to reverse the disastrous plunge in Israel’s standing was to fuel Islamophobia and portray Israel as the defender of the “West”?
Well, here you have it. Melanie Phillips’ speech in NY.”
And a full breakdown:
Middle East Eye — In a speech filled with Islamophobic vitriol, the British commentator, melanie Phillips, has ripped away the last fig leaf concealing Zionism’s true purpose https://www.middleeasteye.net/opinion/melanie-phillips-home-truths-convey-one-message-israel-will-always-be-war
Phillips states:
• “There is no Palestine.”
• Christianity is a Jewish sect that “got slightly out of hand.”
• Islam is a “death cult.”
• Diaspora Jews owe primary loyalty to Israel.
• Israel must stop “mowing the lawn” and instead “plough the land” — a euphemism for permanent eradication.
• Gaza is the resurrection of the Tanakh warrior, “fighting real battles and killing real people.”
What she delivers — without euphemism — is the overt admission that:
Israel will be in a permanent state of war, because war is the purpose.
“And so it turns out that Israel’s genocide in Gaza was not a righteous war of self-defence at all, after the Hamas attack of 7 October 2023, but the resurrection of a biblical prophecy as spelt out in the Tanakh.”
Here Owen Jones dissecting it: Times Columnist’s VILE Anti-Palestinian Anti-Islam RANT - Yes, It’s Melanie Phillips
B. Sarah Hurwitz — The Panic Made Visible and the Moral Depravity Undeniable
Mondoweiss— “Sarah Hurwitz and liberal Zionism’s hail mary”
(A sharp analysis of her now-viral meltdown at the Jewish Federations of North America GA)
Hurwitz unintentionally demonstrates the desperation of U.S. Zionist leadership:
“The very smart bet we made on Holocaust education… is beginning to break down…
Because when young people see powerful Israelis hurting weak Palestinians, it’s not surprising that they think the lesson of the Holocaust is: you fight the big powerful people hurting the weak people.”
Her proposed solution?
Ban Jewish day school students from having smartphones until senior year — because they might see Gaza.
Mondoweiss summarizes the absurdity:
“Arguments for Israel can’t be heard through the ‘wall of dead children’ in Gaza.”
Ahmed Eldin’s analysis:
He outlines the real issue:
“Zionism didn’t lose the narrative because of misinformation.
It lost it because millions finally SAW what Palestinians have been saying for decades.
Now its defenders are panicking — loudly, publicly, embarrassingly.”
“Zionism didn’t lose the narrative because of misinformation.
It lost it because millions finally SAW what Palestinians have been saying for decades.
Now its defenders are panicking — loudly, publicly, embarrassingly.”
Abbas Abdulmalik adds:
“The twisted mental state and Jewish supremacism of Sarah Hurwitz is more typical globally among Zionist Jews than many would like to admit.”
Owen Jones on Hurwitz:
Obama Aide’s VILE Genocide Denial
Kyle Kulinski:
The Hurwitz moment matters because it exposes the psychological core of the narrative collapse:
the fear that reality — unfiltered and unspinnable — is destroying the propaganda Israel relied on for 75 years.
In Summary
The genocide in Gaza continues — uninterrupted, still armed, funded, and shielded by the very powers that claim to uphold international law. The political and ideological machinery that once hid this reality is cracking, but the cracks have not slowed the project itself. Israel remains undeterred, executing its plan with growing boldness under the cover of international endorsement.
Its defenders, across media and politics, are scrambling to regain narrative control and failing — loudly, desperately — yet their failure has so far changed nothing on the ground.
The plan continues.
The genocide continues.
And the panic of those who enabled both is unmistakable — but, for now, inconsequential.
More soon.
